Complete Platform Rules Guide

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player" or "Member") and atm8 ("Platform", "us"). This Agreement takes effect from the moment you first access or use any part of the atm8 platform, whether through the official website at atm8.win or via the atm8 mobile app.

If you disagree with any part of this Agreement, you are not permitted to use the atm8 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register an atm8 account, you must meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years at the time of registration.
• Must be an individual registering under their own name — corporate accounts or accounts on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• May only hold one account only at atm8. Registering multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• Providing accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full name, phone number, and valid banking details.
• Never previously banned or suspended from the atm8 platform.

ATM8 reserves the right to request proof of identity (KYC) at any time, including copies of your ID, bank statement, or other supporting documents. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

Each player is fully responsible for the security of their account login credentials (username and password). The following security guidelines are mandatory:

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Use a strong password – a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Change your password periodically, especially if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party.
• Log out of your account each time you finish using the platform, especially on shared devices.
• Contact ATM8 support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

ATM8 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from a player's own disclosure of login credentials to third parties.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

ATM8 supports a wide range of payment methods suited for players in Malaysia, including local bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, DuitNow QR, and USDT crypto. The following financial terms apply:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Deposit processing time: Instant to up to 10 minutes depending on the payment method.
• Withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes after KYC verification is complete.
• The bank account or e-wallet used for withdrawals must be under the same name as the registered atm8 account.
• ATM8 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals of RM5,000 or more.
• If funds in an account are believed to originate from fraudulent activity or money laundering, atm8 reserves the right to hold those funds until the investigation is concluded.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

ATM8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward registered members. All promotional offers are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus has its own rollover requirement that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted. Rollover requirements typically range from 5x to 20x depending on the bonus type.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• ATM8 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if a player is found to have abused promotional offers, including using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and hold no cash value until the rollover requirements are fully met.
• ATM8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit the bonus system will result in the player's account being suspended immediately.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

The atm8 platform uses RNG (Random Number Generator) technology that has been independently audited by internationally accredited certification bodies to ensure every game result is random and fair. Players are required to comply with the following rules when using the atm8 Game Lobby:

• The use of any automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools that provide an unfair advantage during play is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion with other players is prohibited, especially in live table games (Live Casino) and poker.
• Manipulating game software or exploiting any technical errors within the ATM8 system is strictly prohibited.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an invalid win, atm8 reserves the right to void the relevant transaction without any liability to the player.
• The results of all games on the atm8 platform are final unless there is substantial verifiable evidence of a technical failure.

7. Prohibited Activities & Account Restrictions

ATM8 maintains a zero-tolerance policy against any activity that compromises the integrity of the platform or harms other players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Identity fraud – registering using false information or another person's identity.
• Money laundering – using the atm8 platform as a vehicle to transfer or conceal illicit funds.
• Bonus abuse – registering multiple accounts or using systematic methods to exploit promotional offers.
• Hacking & system intrusion – any attempt to gain unauthorized access to atm8 systems.
• Threats or harassment against support staff or other players through any atm8 communication channel.

If your account has been suspended due to suspected violation of any of the above rules, you may contact the ATM8 support team to submit an appeal. ATM8 will investigate each case fairly and thoroughly before reaching a final decision.

8. Responsible Gaming

ATM8 takes responsible gaming seriously and is committed to helping players manage their gambling habits. The ATM8 platform provides the following self-management tools for all members:

• Deposit limit – set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits according to your means.
• Play time limit – limit your session duration to prevent excessive use.
• Cool-off period – suspend account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion – permanently close your account if you feel you need to stop playing entirely.

Players are not permitted to copy, redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit any part of atm8's content without explicit written consent from atm8.

10. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

ATM8 accepts no liability for losses arising from the following situations:

• Service disruptions caused by platform maintenance, third-party technical failures, or natural disasters.
• Financial losses resulting from the player's own betting decisions.
• Unauthorized access to a player's account resulting from the player's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Losses arising from the player's misunderstanding or misinterpretation of the terms and conditions.

The atm8 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times, we make no guarantee that the service will always be available free of errors or downtime.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the atm8 platform shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation before legal action is pursued.
